MAURER RANCH
SOLD
The Maurer Ranch is located in western Gillespie County about
six (6) miles south of Harper. Kerrville is sixteen (16) miles from the ranch
and Fredericksburg is twenty eight (28) miles away.
The ranch is an old original German settler
homestead dating back to the early 1800's. Fields were cleared by
hand with the rocks stacked along the field fences. The old rock
home on the ranch was used by two generations of the Maurer
family.
